This 12h workshop will cover the newest Biathlon Community Coaching pathway. Biathlon Canada Introduction to Coaching Module, Part A (formerly silver aka part 1), Part B (formerly gold aka part 2), Sunday October 19, 9am - 5pm & Monday October 20, 5-9pm. Note participants must be current Biathlon Canada/ Biathlon BC or other province members and at least 14 years old. Required NCCP eLearning courses: Coach initiation in sport, Emergency Action Planning , Making Ethical Decisions , Golden Nordic Ski Club coaches require: Understanding the rule of two, Safe sport training, Recommended courses: Creating a positive sport environment .
