"What is being a good coach?
I place communication as the cornerstone of being a good coach, building trustful, honest relationships with athletes to allow for two way feedback is pivotal. However, this is a complex topic and I look forward to working with community coaches to unpack this topic and discuss strategies and ways to facilitate feedback; building an understanding of how important feedback is in athlete development at different stages and ages."
